Cancellation and 15 Days Return Policy

 

At BeltKart.com, we want you to be delighted with every single purchase you make with us and we believe that a great Cancellation and Returns policy is equally important(if not more) to provide a great shopping experience for our valued customer. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund within the 15 Days of the Delivery of the product.

How do I cancel my Order ?

 

To return a product all you need to do is fill in this form under the customer care tab on the websiteProduct Returns. It is as simple as that. Otherwise you can call us at +91-9552674138 or email us at care@beltkart.com with instructions to do the same and we'll do it for you.

PS: Your order cannot be cancelled if it has been shipped and not yet been delivered to you.

 

When will I get my money back ?

 

If you cancel an order that has not been shipped, you will get you money in 3-7 business days. If the order has been delivered, you will get the money back in 3-7 days after we receive the products back at our warehouse. 

PS: All the Refund requests will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.

 

How do I send the product back to you to ensure that I get my refund back?

 

You need to send the items you want to return in the original packing with the invoice and order details. However please note, the return of the products will be accepted only if the products are returned in undamaged and saleable condition.

 

Will I get some sort of Store Points or will I get Cash Back ?

 

All Prepaid Orders will be refunded back to the source of payments For e.g. charges made to the Credit Card will be returned back to the same Credit card account. All the COD refunds will be made through electronic fund transfers through NEFT. For COD Returns please provide us with your account details so we can process the Returns.

PS: We will not be able to make any refunds through Demand Drafts or Bank Cheques.

Can I exchange the product I bought for a a newer Item that is now available at BeltKart?

 

Yes, if you have recently purchased the product (i.e you can exchange it within last 15 days of receipt). But first you will have to return the original product and place the order for a new one. 

Please note that if you have received the product, the new order will be processed once we have received the original product back at the warehouse.

 

Can I return only one or some of the item I bought as part of the Order ?

 

Yes, you can.

 

I don't have a bank account and I want to refund my COD Order. How can i get it ?

 

We unfortunately don't process refunds in the form of Demand Draft's or Bank Cheques. If you do not have a bank account, please provide us a friends or family members bank account and we will use that to process or refund. If you are unable to do that we can provide us that we can refund the money in the form of BeltKart Vouchers.

 

How will the courier charges be refunded ?

 

We will reimburse the amount of the courier charge as BeltKart Voucher.

 

 

I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What should I do ?

 

Please call or email us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful.
